Enartia (Papaki & Top.Host), a part of the team.blue family, is seeking a passionate Customer Service Assistant to join our vibrant Customer Experience team.

Role and responsibilities:
As Customer Service Assistant, your responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support for hosting, domain, and related services via tickets, chat, and phone.
- 365 (24/7) working in rotated shifts
- Assisting with entry-level sales and billing requests.
- Reporting bugs to developers and managing infrastructure monitoring.
- Identifying and reporting infrastructure issues.
- Driving cross-sales and upsells.
- Consulting with customers to enhance their services.
- Providing valuable customer feedback to improve products and services.
Required skills and experience:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Professional and friendly customer support skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and efficiency in addressing customer inquiries.
- Knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems and hosting services.
- Familiarity with Plesk, cPanel, WHM, and common CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, etc.).
- At least 2 years of experience in a relative position will be considered an asset.
