Role and responsibilities:

As a Sales Assistant, your responsibilities include:

• Phone Communication: Conducting predominately outbound calls and some inbound calls aimed at providing information, and resolving issues for customers and partners regarding the renewal of their services.
• Email Communication: Handling email communication with customers and partners, providing them with instructions, clarifications, and updates about their services. Also, managing follow-ups to ensure the completion of actions.
• SMS Project Management: Co-ownership of the SMS renewal communications plan execution, performance analysis, and optimisation.
• Provide support in regards to the entire product and services portfolio via tickets, chat, and phone.
• Assist with entry-level sales and billing requests.
• Report bugs to developers and provide process improvement recommendations that always enhance the customer experience.
• Support cross-sales and upsell activities.
• Consult customers to enhance their services.
• Be the voice of the customer providing valuable customer feedback to improve our products and services.
• Issue reporting to the department Manager.

Required skills and experience:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Professional and friendly customer support skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and efficiency in addressing customer inquiries.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• IT background will be considered as a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in a relative position will be considered an asset.
